By downloading, purchasing, or using PASSPrep, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What PASSPrep is
PASSPrep is an independent study and preparation app published by RikWorks. It provides original practice questions and study tools for Canadian knowledge tests (including Ontario G1, Alberta Class 7, and Canadian Citizenship practice). It is not:
- Affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any government, government agency, or testing authority
- A government service
- An official examination, or a source of actual examination questions
- A guarantee that you will pass any test
- A reproduction of copyrighted official handbook text
Practice questions are independently created educational materials based on publicly available topics and study materials.
For the most current requirements, eligibility, testing procedures, and official study materials, use these official government sources:
License to use
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PASSPrep on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play rules.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell the question bank outside personal study use
- Reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law from being restricted
- Misrepresent PASSPrep content as official exam material
Paid app
PASSPrep is a paid application: a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the store. That purchase includes full access to the study companion. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no in-app purchase. Payment, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
PASSPrep is provided “as is” and “as available.” RikWorks does not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that use will result in a passing score. Study materials may change when official rules change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PASSPrep, RikWorks, and its authors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss related to exam outcomes, arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates will revise the effective date and in-app copy.
